Our Ambassador Programs utilize our own qualified staff in addition to applicants through partnerships established with local workforce development agencies and Community-Based Organizations. With the goal of a cleaner, safer city, Ambassadors set out to make an impact by being a positive presence and resource, and building relationships in underprivileged communities.
Strive’s Ambassador Program is unique in that many of our Ambassadors draw from their own life experiences to navigate cases of homelessness, mental illness, or substance abuse. We support community well-being and public health through services such as:
- Resources (rehab, shelter, food bank, etc.)
- Physical assistance
- Diffusing mental/emotional breaks
- Reporting violence/aggressive behavior to the proper authority
Graffiti Abatement Programs
In another effort to improve the quality of life in our communities, Strive offers graffiti abatement services. Not only does vandalism destroy private property, it perpetuates a negative visual impact for community members and visitors alike. Strive’s environmental services aim to reverse the damage done while contributing to an overall cleaner community with more positive morale.
What is an Ambassador Program?
Ambassador Programs employ members within a community to serve as a resource to individuals who may be experiencing conditions like homelessness, mental illness, addiction, or disabilities. Typically deployed in densely populated areas like major cities, these dynamic programs utilize a boots-on-the-ground approach to be a positive presence in the community and build intentional relationships.
How Are Strive Ambassadors Qualified?
Strive Ambassadors receive the following certifications/training:
- Adult + Child CPR/AED/First Aid Red Cross Certification
- Mental Health First Aid

- Servant Leadership Customer Care

How is Graffiti Removed?
Removing graffiti begins with inspecting the property and the affected surface. This determines what equipment is needed and which technique is best for the job. Sandblasting may work for one vandalized surface, while pressure washing or chemical applications are better for another. This is to avoid damage, defacement, or discoloration to the primary surface.
