On-site Functional Fitness Classes

This is our most popular class and is designed to cater to all levels of fitness, including beginners. It focuses on engaging and toning various parts of the functional body while improving energy, endurance, cardiovascular strength, and flexibility. Many of the exercises in this class may involve the use of resistance bands, balls, or light weights.

On-site Low Impact Aerobics Classes

This unique and fun class integrates fitness with a choreographed dance routine (salsa, hip hop, Zumba, etc.) that is led by a certified and experienced instructor. This class creates an opportunity for beginners to engage their body through a low-impact workout while having fun in a synchronized routine. This class caters to all levels of fitness and may involve the use of light weights, Pilates rings, resistance bands, and exercise balls.

On-site Zumba Classes

This National craze is one of our most requested on-site fitness classes by many Corporations and Residential communities. It has the ability to engage employees that ordinarily may not find fitness fun and appealing. It has complemented many wellness programs and embraced as a fun benefit for employees to take advantage of in their work place environment. This class is a Latin-infused dance routine that may be coupled with reggae, salsa, and belly dancing. The class appeals to all levels of fitness, especially beginners. No equipment is required, just an open space that can accommodate all of the excited and engaged participants.

On-site Yoga Classes

Many of our clients have found that introducing on-site yoga classes can completely improve the health, culture, and satisfaction levels of their employees. We have seen our on-site yoga classes directly contribute to an return-on-investment (ROI) in terms of reduced workers comp claims, reduced health claims, improved engagement levels, improved employee satisfaction, and improved attendance. We can provide a variety of on-site yoga classes depending on the culture of the organization, available facilities, and strategic objectives of the provided class. These classes do not require any equipment, and all of the participants are required to bring their own yoga mats. All of our yoga classes are led by certified, licensed, and experienced professionals. All fitness levels are welcome, especially beginners.

On-site Boot Camp Classes

Our very popular Boot Camp classes involve a high-tempo, circuit-based workout routine that is led by a drill instructor, aka your friendly personal trainer. It can be provided as an ongoing weekly wellness benefit or integrated as a corporate fitness challenge. It caters to all levels of fitness, including beginners. This workout involves multiple workout stations that are designed to improve cardio, endurance, flexibility, and strength. The class may involve the use of weights, resistance bands, and exercise balls.

On-site Core Conditioning Classes

Our Core Conditioning classes are a fully functional full body workout designed to use and engage the core stabilizing muscles. The class is set to a mid-level tempo with modifications provided to participants as necessary. The class typically involves the use of light weight, resistance bands, and stability balls. Participants have found this class to improve their energy, engagement, and focus throughout a day.

On-site Gentle Stretching Yoga Classes

This is a great beginner yoga class for individuals that are looking to deepen their own awareness, improve focus, flexibility, and strength. This class is an introduction to basic yoga poses, balance exercises, and meditative practices. This class Caters to all levels of fitness. Participants are required to bring their own yoga mat.

On-site Pilates Classes

Participants have found on-site Pilates classes to develop core strength while being stimulating,challenging, and effective. Our Pilates classes are designed to improve balance, flexibility, and overall body strength thru a series of core-based exercises. Our mat Pilates classes require light-Pilates equipment including rings, blocks, and mats. All levels of fitness are encouraged to attend with modifications provided as necessary.

On-site Spin Cycle Classes

These fun classes are for the individuals looking to actively engage their bodies, challenge their cardiovascular system, and burn lots of calories! We can procure all of the spin cycles and assign licensed, certified, and experienced fitness instructors to lead the workout. This class is low-impact and designed for all levels of fitness, including beginners.

On-site Step Aerobics Classes

Our Step aerobics classes are a fun way for participants to challenge their fitness levels thru a set of choreographed exercises led by one of our certified and licensed fitness professionals. This workout helps develop and improve cardio, endurance, and overall body strength. This class involves light weights and steps, which can be procured and provided directly by Strive. All levels of fitness are welcome, especially beginners.

On-site Water Aerobics Classes

This fun and low-impact on-site fitness class takes place inside an available on-site aquatic pool. The goal of the class is to provide a series of fun exercises set to improve flexibility in the joints and spine while developing overall body strength. Great for all levels of fitness, especially those with pre-existing injuries.
