Biometric Screenings

Strive Corporate Fitness Programs provides an outcomes based approach to Biometric Screenings for your organization! In addition to identifying health risks, we come up with a Best in Class approach to creating ACTIONS that lead to improved lifestyle behaviors for your employees.

Strive helps mitigate these COMMON challenges faced by many corporations when introducing Biometric screenings into their wellness program:

R

Increased RX Prescriptions by the “at risk” employees

R

Missing KEY tests related to employee productivity and health (FITNESS)

R

Breaking the bank at $40-$50/employee

R

Measuring Failures and not Successes

Our results based and integrated approach to Biometric Screenings helps our clients establish crucial baseline data and information to help guide the overall Corporate wellness program. We combine Biometric Screenings with Health Risk Assessments (HRA’s) and Fitness Assessments (Bf%, cardiovascular fitness, endurance, flexibility, balance, posture) to help design an outcomes based wellness program that reduces Health Risks that are in large part due to unhealthy lifestyle behaviors. We utilize Biometric screenings to drive health awareness, promotion, and education for the employees while demonstrating a clear Return on Investment (ROI) year over year for the organization.

All of the clinical components of the Biometric screenings are administered by experienced Health professionals that follow HIPAA and ACA compliant protocols and national guidelines. Our Biometric Screenings include the following tests:

R

Height and Weight (BMI)

R

Blood Pressure

R

Body fat %

R

Waist Circumference

R

Blood Glucose

R

HDL & LDL Cholesterol

R

Triglycerides (fatty acids in the blood stream)

Once the Health Risk factors have been identified, Strive works directly with the benefits team to integrate effective intervention strategies and measures to improve lifestyle related behaviors for the employees. When 3 or more of the screenings fall outside of the normal ranges, the participant is identified as “at risk”. To help reduce “at risk” statuses, a variety of educational and intervention strategies are recommended, including: (all of which Strive provides)
